With the intelligent D-iDRAFT system (innovative dispensing system) you can simply serve beer as you know it. But in addition, by integrating smart sensors into the hardware and using clever algorithms, the system offers great value for you and your customers. It consists of several components. Through the dispensing tap, temperature measurement and flow monitoring take place, allowing the beer quality to be monitored at any time and from anywhere. An important component is the integration of NFC tags in the keg spears. The coupler is used for pressure and flow measurement, as well as for reading the NFC tag information. The gateway is used to collect and transmit data, control the sensors, connect to the Internet, and send the data to a cloud. The WebApp with personalized access is used to display results and data for our customers.

The barkeeper dashboard allows you to manage your installation. Per beer line, you can extract useful information from your installation, such as live data related to gas, temperature and volume thresholds, alerts and small statistics. In addition, the WebApp provides access to “Brewery Inside”, for people in charge from the brewery. Here, there are a variety of customized KPIs and statistics around the different brands, locations, and times that are useful for marketing and keg supply chains. By transmitting the information stored in the NFC tag to the system, data such as brand, volume, expiration date, production date, refurbish date, etc. can be loaded, and keg change can be automatically detected. In addition, the D-iDRAFT offers the possibility of a track & trace of the kegs, because each NFC tag in the spear has an individual ID. Among other things, this is useful for the brewery to track the kegs, refurbish them in time or replace them.
